DocuWare, which develops applications for document management, plans to unveil new applications at CeBIT 2012 in Hanover, Germany this March.

The new apps will support mobile devices running BlackBerry 6, Android, and Windows Phone 7 operating systems. Last year, DocuWare released its apps for Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Features of DocuWare Mobile include continuous access to all files, secure and controlled access, an integrated stamp feature, and the ability to search documents, workflows and tasks.

DocuWare Mobile works with documents of any format, allowing users to enlarge and edit documents, right from the touchscreen. The stamp feature helps ensure compliance requirements are met. The application also allows users to customize which file cabinets, search dialogues and task lists are used. Through DocuWare’s remote connections, users can quickly access all documents related to a specific business transaction, keeping workflows active at all times. In addition, the DocuWare applications support all forms of electronic signatures.
