NEW YORK — For the sixth year in a row, the accounting and consultancy firm Anchin, Block & Anchin has been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State.
The award program, which is managed by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management, recognizes top companies across the state. Anchin is one of four companies to be named to the list every year since its inception.
Created six years ago, the annual program evaluates and ranks the best places of employment in the state based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. It is unique because employees’ survey responses count for 75% of the ranking formula.
