Online business payment network Bill.com has been named by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the Bay Area’s Best Places to Work. The award is based on Bill.com’s team culture, focus on employee wellness, and career growth opportunities.
“Bill.com’s employees clearly enjoy working for their company, placing them in the top 10 of their size category,” said Julia Cooper, researcher for the San Francisco Business Times. “We are pleased to have Bill.com represented, and to welcome back their CEO René Lacerte, who won in 2006 for his previous company, PayCycle.”
The Best Places to Work awards recognize the Bay Area's top employers by company size and industry. Bill.com ranked 8th among 50-100 employees category. The assessment was based on team responses to a questionnaire on management efficiency, executive leadership, training, workplace culture, compensation, benefits and general employee satisfaction.
