The online application, well suited for both businesses and accounting firms, allows users to enter data directly into the online filing system. For those that file a large number of forms annually, both payer and recipient data can be imported into Eagle View Filing, which then completes the rest of the process, including form creation, filing, and mailing completed forms.
New users can get started by creating a new account on the Eagle View Filing website, then simply entering or uploading the required information to complete the forms. Once forms are completed, users have several filing options to choose from including e-file only, e-file, print, and mail, or print and mail. Once the process is complete, users are charged based on the number of forms and the processing options chosen.
Eagle View Filing includes the “My Dashboard” option, which allows users to get started with the filing process, choosing between various form 1099s and form W-2. The dashboard also includes an option for managing payers and recipients, making it easy to add either to the application.
